Leadership imbued with love has the power to transform individuals and organizations, fostering care, connection, and compassion. Despite its profound potential, love remains an underexplored dimension in leadership studies. I will be guest co-editing a special issue for The Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion (JMSR), a top-ranked Journal, titled “The Spiritual Dimensions of Love in Leadership: Critical Perspectives, Shadow Aspects, and Integral Approaches.” This special issue aims to advance our understanding of how love shapes leadership by integrating diverse perspectives—spiritual, developmental, and humanistic.
